Darren Newman

Darren Newman is a rapist, murderer, and one of Frankie’s former patients. Because he orchestrated at least one of his murders to be blamed on a fall guy, it is poetic justice that Todd uses Darren as his fall man when he performs the Night Bird murders. Todd presents a story that points detectives in the direction of Darren, making them think that he is responsible for kidnapping, tormenting, and programming women to have psychotic breakdowns and kill themselves when they heard a particular song.
