Summary

Chapter 37

Leo, Frank, and Hazel explore Rome, looking for places that Nico might be. With his understanding of engineering, Leo is able to intently study the buildings and look for any sort of secret entrances. He finds one in one of the temples and manages to figure out how to open the secret door. The group argues for a moment about whether to go and get help or explore. Hazel decides to go in, saying that she’ll be safe because of her power to navigate underground. The others reluctantly agree. Leo and Frank talk for a little about their respective past with fire and how Leo would never use his fire to bring harm to Frank. The conversation is interrupted when Eidolons show up in the form of possessed tourists. They threaten the pair who quickly jump through the secret door leading...
