Sunny

Sunny is one of the five dragonets raised to fulfill a prophecy issued by the NightWings. She has always assumed she is a SandWing dragon and has no explanation for why she is a slightly different color and lacks the poisonous barb on the end of her tail. In this novel, she discovers that her mother is a SandWing named Thorn, and her father is a NightWing named Stonemover. This accounts for her appearance and the lack of the barb. Sunny feels like even more of an outcast with this understanding, believing she is the only inter-tribal dragon in Pyrrhia.
