Chapter 15 Summary

Kaitlin wants to be able to tell Bram the truth not just about herself, but about the history of their families.

At school, Mrs. Flannery, the guidance counselor, explains to Kaitlin that some colleges offer full scholarships based on things like grades and writing. This interests Kaitlin, but she dismisses the idea. She knows her family needs her to help keep the farm alive.
