Chapters Fifteen - Sixteen Summary

When Susannah gets home in Chapter Fifteen, she gets a phone call from Father Dominic regarding Jesse; he is very angry. Call waiting brings CeeCee on the line with information that after Mrs. Beaumont's death from advanced breast cancer, Mr. Beaumont retreated within himself, and Marcus Beaumont, his brother, began running the businesses. Finally, Susannah takes a call from Tad and she spills the beans regarding the activity that evening.
