Chapter 28 Summary

They meet with Picard and lay the whole scenario out for him. He is suitably impressed by the growing size of this case. They go through it step by step and then Picard tells them to go back to Margrave. They know they have to flush out the last man, and that tenth man could be anyone. Picard arranges to go and get Roscoe and then meet Jack and Finlay in Margrave.

They drive ahead, speculating the whole way as to who the tenth man might be. Finally, they decide to just wait for Picard and when he finally arrives, he stuns them both by coming in with his pistol drawn and ready, and pointing.....
