Mayor Teale shows up in his big white Cadillac, and limping around the office with his cane, he announces that he will be the interim Chief. Jack and Finlay easily make the leap that the rest of the small department is clean. Teale is insisting that the team devote their time to looking for a connection to a violent felony arrest that might have been released and was looking for revenge with Morrison.
