Chapter 16 Summary

Susannah is having a hard time sleeping when Spike and Jesse show up through her window. What amazes Susannah is that Spike seems to like Jesse even though he is a ghost. When Jesse seems like he's going to kiss her, the screaming ghost woman shows up accusing Susannah of not telling Red. Susannah reassures her that she did tell Red.

Chapter 16 Analysis

It seems as if there is another Red whom Susannah has to track down. Now instead of having one killer to deal with, this foreshadows that Susannah might be dealing with two killers.
