Friendship's Rewards

Through the failures and successes of the young frogs, Cat Kid Comic Club demonstrates to young readers that support and validation are rewards of friendship. Lil' Petey has often made it clear that friendship is important to him, and he has often shared his love of comics as part of expressing that friendship. Now he has created the Cat Kid Comic Club. A group of more than 20 young frogs are involved. While Lil' Petey is teaching how to go about creating a comic book, he is also giving the frogs a chance to express themselves and to cement friendships through their shared work on comics. In return, Lil' Petey is feeling good about his opportunity to introduce the young frogs to graphic comics.
