Chapter 5 Summary and Analysis

Chapter 5 covers Step 5 in the program. Step 5 is to make a wall chart that plots the reader's income and expenses each month. The authors encourage the reader to put this chart up on the wall where the reader can see it easily, instead of in a closet or some place else that is not as easy to see.
