Summary

Lydia returns back to the studio with the puppet she stole from the Otter. She attempts to research the puppet to no avail. Lydia receives a call from Crimson Orchard informing her that her mother is adjusting poorly to the home, and asking for Lydia to visit soon to help smooth the transition. Lydia's mother has actually bitten one of the nurses, in a violent outburst. Lydia makes plans to visit Crimson Orchard soon. Lydia, lying on the floor in a state of exhaustion, watches a series of "what I eat in a day" videos on YouTube, envious of the diversity of foods and normalcy with which humans get to eat. Lydia typically watches these videos when stressed, and her favorites are ones which feature Japanese food, because they make her feel more connected with her father.
