Section 4: Pages 98 - 130 Summary

Colin uses a twin to the Boeing to run simulations with his team in the event that a Delta insertion clearance is given. Using flares to blind their adversaries, then nerve gas followed by insertion, he feels they are as ready as they can be. Peter tells him to rest his team and talks the details through with Colin. He wants to plan for an insertion that uses no flares on the chance that 'Ingrid' knows more about their methods. He suggests the team focus on the red shirts and asks Colin to set up a strike timed for fifteen minutes before the next deadline expires. Peter tries again to get permission to remove the bodies, but 'Ingrid' again refuses.
