Summary

In Chapter 21, the ceremony ended, and Conrad reunited with everyone. Belly felt awestruck when she saw him. She told Jeremiah they should wait to tell everyone, but Jeremiah insisted, so she agreed. They all went to lunch and Jeremiah announced they were getting married. Everyone was upset and horrified. Her mother asked if Belly was pregnant, and she was embarrassed. They left the restaurant. Belly wanted to leave with Jeremiah, but her mother made her come home with her.
