Summary

In Chapter 66, Carl Hough, a pilot with the Indian Springs project, told Lloyd that a fuel truck had exploded and that Trash was responsible. Carol explained Trash had been showing the workers some incendiary fuses when some of the men started making fun of Trash. Trash became angry and left. An hour later when the truck blew up they saw Trash watching with binoculars. They checked the other trucks and found they were all outfitted with similar fuses.

After Carl left Lloyd, Julie approached Lloyd. She told him she thought that Tom was there to spy on them, that she had seen him with Nick.
