Carter Kane

Carter Kane is the teenage leader of Brooklyn House. Carter is the son of an Egyptian magician who has become the vessel of Osiris. After much adventure and trouble, Carter finds himself in charge of a group of young magicians and left with the responsibility of finding a way to stop Apophis, the god of Chaos, from destroying the world. Carter worries about his abilities as leader because of many things that have happened to cause Carter to doubt himself, including the total destruction of the Dallas Nome.

Carter is a typical teenager who has to deal with atypical things. Carter is in love with a beautiful young woman who just happens to be the human vessel for Ra.
