Summary

Blythe recalled her faltering relationship with her father in Chapter 77. Just before graduating college, she asked about why her mother left. That was the last time she saw him; he died months later. The Ellingtons helped Blythe clean her childhood home, and she promptly sold it. Gemma found Jet playing with a razor blade in Chapter 78. Violet claimed that Blythe left them in plain view by the laundry. After Gemma’s accusatory call, Blythe checked the scarf in her dresser where she kept Fox’s razor blade and discovered that it was gone.

Violet had become increasingly unpleasant in Chapter 79. One day, she asked Blythe to confirm that the poison symbol on a bleach bottle meant the liquid could kill someone, sending Blythe into a panic. When Gemma finally answered her phone, Blythe insisted that Violet was a threat to Jet’s life...
