Mitch parks the Windsor a few blocks from Anson's house and then sneaks into the garden that separates Anson's condo from the one behind it. Anson has always told Mitch the second condo belongs to another person, but now Mitch believes it belongs to Anson. Sure enough, Mitch sees Anson leave the back condo and make his way to the front. Mitch confronts him and shoots him with the Taser gun. Anson goes down, but is still combative, so Mitch hits him again. Mitch then drags his brother into her kitchen. Mitch wrangles Anson into a chair and ties him to the washing machine in his laundry room.
