Excursion In Spacetown Summary

The next day Lije discusses R. Daneel with Enderby saying Lije wishes he had been warned about how human R. Daneel appears. Enderby apologizes but assures Lije he is perfectly safe allowing R. Daneel in his home. R. Daneel arranges for Lije and him to visit Spacetown. Lifje invites Enderby along, who declines, but will be present as a witness via trimensional personification. At the entrance to Spacetown, the guards greet Daneel with a nod and address Lije with a Salute and request for his identification card. Lije must shower before entering Spacetown. After the shower, blood is drawn to check Lije for disease. Lije notices that R. Daneel is anatomically correct everywhere. Lije must also leave his blaster behind.
