Summary

Chapter 35 begins as Carl, irate, calls Nisha nonstop. Nisha agrees to meet with him the following day in the hotel lobby.

Sam cleans her parents’ house while her mother accuses her of being a terrible wife by working all the time. Sam tells her mother she will no longer clean their house and leaves.
