Part 3: Chapter 8 Summary

Az Thompson, unable to sleep, hears strange noises coming from the Pike property. It turns out to be Ross Wakeman who was caught in a rain storm. Az warms him up, but is unable to get him to talk about what happened. Across town, Eli Rochert sits on Shelby's couch, trying to figure out how he has been dreaming about his woman before he met her. At the nursing home, Spencer Pike believes he can hear a baby crying. The nurses are forced to sedate him.

In Maryland, Meredith has decided to give up men. When she arrives home, Meredith finds her daughter sleepwalking. Back in Comtosook, Ross comes home to find Eli and Shelby waiting for him.
