Summary
Julia does not like that because of Francine and Brady, babies are now something she and Mark talk about. Julia is not happy holding the baby at the hospital, but Mark believes that she is. Mark broaches the topic of babies, and Julia knows he is not as content with things as she is.
Eventually Julia stops her birth control. One day she finds out she is pregnant, and she calls her mother. Her mother knows she is pregnant because there is really no other reason she would call her. When Julia asks her mother for advice, Anita advises pain medication and having a boy because they are supposed to be easier. Julia feels stupid for telling her mother before anybody else. Julia is laying on the kitchen floor when Mark comes home, and she is excited when she tells him...
