Point of View

The majority of this novel is told from the first person point of view though there are parts of the novel that are told from the first person point of view. Because there are so many characters in the novel and the action is spread across so many continents, the use of a third person narrator works well. There would be no way to tell this story completely using a single first-person narrator because there are too many plot lines incorporated into the novel. There is also not one character who can be considered the main character of the novel so there would be no one who would be a good choice as a first-person narrator.
