Andi Alpers

Andi is a seventeen-year-old teenager living in New York. Andi's father is a Nobel Prize winning scientist, therefore Andi goes to private school and lives a more affluent life. However, Andi is struggling with a deep depression ever since the death of her brother, Truman, two years before the novel begins. In fact, Andi is taking antidepressants and suffers from thoughts of suicide.
