Buying the Second Estate Summary and Analysis

God has been speaking to the Howells about the need for another piece of property to accommodate the growth of the College. When a prime estate, Derwen Fawr, in the best location becomes available, the Howells know this is the estate they should buy but they still ask for reassurance from God. The Howells believe if it is to be they will receive the money they need.
