Summary

In “How to Live Without Him,” when Grace and Jay arrive at Lolo and Lola’s house, Maning is standing on the porch. He looks smug, as if he believes he has been vindicated by Danilo. Inside, Jay asks Grace if she is okay. She says that she wonders if there were some signs in Jun that she should have recognized. Jay thinks about the marijuana and wonders if Jun’s addictions had already started at that point.

Jay asks Grace if she regrets luring him there and finding out what really happened. She seems confused by his question. He explains that Jun’s memory seems tainted to him now that he has learned Jun really did use drugs. Grace says that even though they have learned new information about Jun, it does not change the person they knew. Grace still loves her...
