The Needle Box

The needle box created by Alois represents murder. When Snake learned that Will had agreed to testify against the Double Eagles he arranged to have the needle box embedded in the witness chair. He used it to kill Will before he had a chance to testify.

Audio Cassette

This audio cassette represents reasonable doubt. Lincoln steals the tape from his mother’s house after her death instead of letting the police collect it as evidence. He tries to sell it to Penn but Quentin assures Penn they do not need it. Lincoln plays a portion of the tape for Penn which features Viola talking to Sonny and Snake.
