Summary

In “4:00 a.m.,” Tarine decided to take charge when someone threw a crystal vase into a set of sliding glass doors. She could not find Nina or anyone who knew where she was. Greg said they should leave because the party was not their problem, but then a bullet broke the mirror above the fireplace. Tarine warned the party-goers that if they did not leave, she would call the cops.

Casey fell on the stairs to the beach. Nina ran to Casey and asked if she was all right. Kit asked Jay who Casey was. Because Hud was trying to determine how much longer he could wait until he went to a hospital, he did not notice Casey. When Nina sat Casey next to Hud, however, he knew who she was.
