October 5 - November 8 Summary

During her morning meditation session, Stargirl is startled to open her eyes and find Perry sitting across from her, mimicking her meditation style. Stargirl isn't sure if he is mocking her or learning from her. When she asks, Perry says that he needs meditation to help him escape his "crappy life" and that he wasn't mocking her. The two share a flirty, quippy conversation, and Perry admits that he finds Stargirl interesting. When he says that he is drawn to spending more time with her, Stargirl jumps on the opportunity to officially invite him to Calendar Hill, next Thursday at 4:00 am. He promises to be there.
