Summary

In "That Wireless," City and Grandma arrived at Grandma's house. Her last house had been destroyed during Hurricane Katrina "eight years earlier" (57). Within a year, she had a new house "built in the same spot" (57). Sometimes, City felt like "time went fast in reverse" in Melahatchie (58).
