Summary

In Chapter 5, Georgina saw Luanne and Liza board the bus after school. They were headed to ballet class after school. Instead of getting on the bus and sitting by Luanne, Georgina had to wait for Toby so they could go to the Laundromat after school. She felt miserable, and felt even worse when she found out Toby accidentally got on the bus and had to get off. She assumed Luanne and Liza probably laughed.

They got the laundry and laundry money out of the car and walked to the Laundromat. Georgina showed Toby that if they stuffed all the clothes into one machine, they would have enough money for a snack. They also checked all the machines and found 50-cents in the coin returns. They bought snacks at the grocery store while their laundry washed.
