Chapter Seven: Cold Sweat Summary

On a Saturday the Helping Hands club volunteers to pick up trash at a popular Austin park. Everything is going fine until the Bippies show up. Miles comes up to Maggie and tries to grab her arm and convince her that she should be with them swimming and not picking up trash. He won't back off so she tells him that she'll poke him if she doesn't back off. Caitlyn chimes in and starts making fun of the Helping Hands until Maggie calls her trash. Miles and Caitlyn storm away furious.

After the Helping Hands leaves the park they go to Mrs. Pratt's where Jack and Mrs.Pratt express concern that Maggie seems really unhappy and that she is trying to isolate herself. Jack asks Maggie on a date in front of Mrs.Pratt and Maggie feels...
