Summary

In Chapter 10, Eunice wakes Dicey very early the next morning. She is already dressed and says she always attends early Mass at church. Eunice says she has never missed a day of work in 21 years and feels she has to go today. She says Father Joseph will be by later with some clothes from the church. He is also going to register the children for camp. She cites the housework she did not manage to do the previous night, and Dicey promises to do the chores.
