Chapters 9 and 10 Summary

Dave continues his job and begins to drown in unwanted paperwork; he is good street cop but the administrative side of the job is definitely not his strong point. Going home early one day he happens upon Robin, suitcase in tow, just arriving at his house. She explains that she had told off her boss about illegal activity and has been fired. She says that she must either come to Dave or return to prostitution. He invites her to live with him and Alafair and work at his boat and bait shop.
