Chapters 19 & 20 Summary

Taking the route the enclave that she and Scout had taken a few days before, Lily sneaks through the limestone hallways and into the dark, musty underground catacombs that will lead her to the secret meeting room. She follows different graffiti tags to help her find her way through the labyrinth of hallways, before mustering up the courage to knock on the enclave's door. The Adepts answer, greeting her with glares and suspicious looks. Getting straight to the point, Lily holds out Scout's messenger bag and announces that Scout is missing. She tells the Adepts all about the text message and the trashed room, before demanded that they join her in the fight to bring Scout back, wherever she may be.
