Odo

Odo is a district of Tova controlled by the Carrion Crow clan. The family's Great House is surrounded by numerous believers hoping to see the Odo Sedoh and join the Odohaa. This is where Okoa tries to unite his family, the cultists, and Serapio for possible independence. However, after Serapio kills Chaiya in Odo's Aviary, Okoa resolves to stop him. However, by the end of the novel, Serapio begins to sway the Odohaa to work with him, and will likely look to rule over Odo before uniting the rest of Tova.
