Summary

Chapter 7 – Aimee and Nadia head to the gallery opening. Nadia encourages Aimee to have fun. The place is packed. Wendy is happy to see Aimee and Nadia. Wendy brings Nadia away to speak to someone about design, while Ian and Aimee talk. They are happy to see one another, but Ian is taken away to address the crowds as it is his work that is the main attraction for the evening. Later, Ian heads out with Aimee to celebrate her birthday with coffee and dessert at La Petite Maison. The outing goes well, even though Ian explains he will be leaving for ten days on a photography trip. He tells Aimee he hopes to see her when he returns.
