Summary

In the sixth chapter, “Disclose,” Quan joined the Black Jihad and started helping Martel sell weapons after being “beaten” into the group. When Martel learned he was excellent with numbers, he got promoted from security to being an accountant for the organization. One day, he ran into Trey and went back to the abandoned house where he was living alone. Quan told Trey how bad things had become between Dwight and his mother. The next day, Quan’s mother came to school and told him Dwight had died.
