Chapters 3 and 4 Summary

Ryan and Daisy are in gym class on a Wednesday. Ryan has not mentioned the kids spent that happened and he seems to be dodging Daisy at any chance he gets. When Rachel, one of their classmates, collapses in gym class, the gym teacher asks Ryan and Daisy to escort her to the nurse's office. Daisy notices that the white streak in Rachel's hair is becoming whiter as she lies on the nurses table. When Daisy returns to the gym, the gym teacher tries to convince Daisy to try out for cheerleading to replace Rachel. After changing her clothes, Daisy finds Ryan waiting for her outside the locker room. When Daisy tells Ryan what the gym teacher asked, Ryan laughes, which changes Daisy's mind and she decides to try out for cheerleading.
