Summary

Chapter 3

Bill arrives at Sookie’s house. Bill tells Sookie that Karin, Eric’s other “child” is in town. Sookie has never heard of Karin. Bill tells Sookie that Karin is more ruthless than Pam and is referred to as “The Slaughterer.” Bill assures Sookie that Karin is not in town to harm her in any way although no one is quite sure why Karin is in town.

Bill and Sookie discuss the events at the Were Circle. Bill says Eric is furious but is saying little about the events. Sookie tells Bill that Eric was aware she had the cluviel dor. Sookie’s great grandfather Niall, told Eric. Although Niall wanted the cluviel dor for himself, he knew it belonged to Sookie.
