Summary

Chapter 9 is titled “Regrets.” Melvin and Naomi are holding their tummies as they walk. The next scene opens with Sarah identifying El, Corky, and Pink as the creators of the next comic. These three frogs used gum and frosting to stick candies and cookies together, then photographed them to create the scenes.

The title of their comic is Mallow Cop. The scene opens with a marshmallow who asked Chief Candi D. Spencer to let him be a cop. The chief is offended that the marshmallow believes having a nice pair of shades qualifies him to be a cop. When the marshmallow also has a mustache, the chief hires him. “Mallo Cop” was issued a hat and handcuffs. The Chief introduced Mallo Cop to his partner, Chuck Litbar.
