Chapter 41-45 Summary

Chapter forty-one continues as Zedd awakens. Upon talking to Nathan, they both realize that they are relatives of Richard's. Zedd tells Annalina to remove the collar. He tries to do magic but she is able to control his ability through the Rada'Han that she has placed on his neck. Despite her control, Zedd is still able to have a little control. Zedd tells Annalina that he has broken the truce that wizards have with Sister's of the Light by putting him in that collar. He warns her that any Sister of the Light found will be put to death. He promises to lay waste to her home of the Palace of the Prophets if she takes him away in the collar. Meanwhile, Verna awakes naked in a cell.
