Part 3: Chapter 25; Part 4: Chapter 26-27 Summary

In chapter twenty-five Charles walks into Chipper's office at the Maxton Care Facility and kills him with the same hedge clippers that killed Henry Leyden. Jack has slept well and finds Dale and tells him everything, even things Dale can't understand. Jack and Dale go to meet Doc and Beezer at the Sand Bar.

Charles Burnside has returned to Black House, in chapter twenty-six, and is trying to sleep. He was sliced in the gut area a lot more than he realized and hurts all over. Mr. Munshun is trying to rouse Charles to take Tyler through the gate to where Mr. Munshun waits for him. Charles doesn't want to get up.
