Chapter Seven Summary

Chapter seven opens on April Fool's Day with Edward Nigma (better known as the Riddler) and Batman in two separate locations attempting to determine the identity of Holiday. Both the Riddler and Batman study the items left by Holiday at the scene of each crime, all of which are related to the holiday of that particular murder. The Riddler is working for Falcone to solve the mystery, which the Riddler sees as just a riddle. Batman is working in the Bat Cave. The Riddler first suggests that Holiday might be Catwoman because she has the motive after Falcone put a bounty on her and also explains why the killer uses a lightweight gun. Batman hypothesizes that Maroni is Holiday because the killings originally targeted only Falcone people, and Maroni was on the boat with Alfredo on New Year's Eve. The Riddler...
