Doug Bandow

The health crisis caused by underage drinking proclaimed by the National Center for Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia (CASA) does not exist, Doug Bandow argues in the following viewpoint. He contends that CASA’s study is comprised of inaccurate statistics and erroneous conclusions that merely serve to advance the group’s prohibitionist agenda.
