Climbing? We can Help!

Greg and other foreigners enjoyed climbing in the Pakistan mountains. Design a brochure for your company's climbing services, available to groups. Divide the class into groups of four or five students for this activity, and display completed projects in the classroom

Guide for Hire

Greg needed guides several times while in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Have each pair of students create a classified ad for a climbing guide, and for a guide that helps people travel the country. Display on a "classifieds" bulletin board in the classroom.

Breaking News

Greg decided to build a school for the small village. In small groups, have the class design a Korphe school newspaper, complete with paper name and logo, and a headline for a front page article about the school.
