Introducing People Of Significance

Each student will be assigned the role of a significant individual from "The Autobiography of Martin Luther King, Jr." Then, while in the role of that individual, they are to introduce themselves to the class, provide any additional background they have learned when possible, and then conclude by introducing the next student while still in their character's role. This will continue until all students have introduced their assigned individuals.

Newspaper

Have students write a newspaper article for a newspaper of their choice relating to King as though they were journalists during his lifetime. The instructor will have volunteers read their work before the class.

Book Review
