Character Guessing Game

For this game the teacher will need a list of the characters from the book. Two students will compete at a time at the front of the room. Have the student say a name of one of the characters in the story. The students need to race to say the name of the character that is closest in the book to one that was named. The student answers first gets to stay at the front of the room and the next student will challenge them.

Acting 101

Divide the students into small groups. Assign each group a part of the book to act out. Have each of the groups come up to the front of the room to act out their scene for the class.
