Part 4: The Unraveling, 31 – 38

In Chapter 31, Juliette’s parents take her to see a play when she is a young child. The leading actress’ name in the play is Juliette. She gives the child, Juliette, a copy of the play as a keepsake.

In Chapter 32, as Lukas struggles to get himself going despite his loss of Juliette. He is pulled by his desire to go upstairs to see her, but knows that she will be dead.
