Part II, Chapter10 Summary

Sita dreams of a discussion she has with Krishna. It seems as if she is in space getting ready to board a shuttle to Earth. He tells her that no matter what life she is in that when she hears his song, she'll remember him, and that life is a song. She doesn't understand the meaning of his story when she is in the dream or when she wakes from it.

When she wakes up, she is naked in a motel bed. Joel is there. He tells her that he followed her to Mrs. Fender's house and got the address of the warehouse. He says by the time he got to the warehouse, the explosion just happened and he was able to put out the fire on Sita's clothes with his jacket. Sita asks about Ray, but Joel says...
