Part II, Chapter 2 Summary

When Alisa arrives back at their new home, Ray is not home. She finds him sitting on Pat's steps. Ray is having a hard time coping with his change. He asks Sita to take him to his father's grave. She does and allows him to grieve, and then takes him home. She lets him feed on her, which drains her of even more of her energy.

Sita goes to visit Seymour. He is well now and even has a new girlfriend. She tell him about what happened in L.A. He says that only Yaksha has the power to create a vampire such as him, but she says it's impossible because Yaksha is dead. Also, Yaksha wouldn't have broken his vow to create a vampire like this. Seymour tells Sita to find Yaksha's remains near the house explosion to...
